Greetings,
My name is Cricket. I am 37 years old, married for 10 years this coming October, I have a daughter who will be 3 in June. I graduated college in 2007 with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice. I currently work part-time as a receptionist until the little one starts school. In my spare time I enjoy reading and cooking, and if possible going to the mountains and just relaxing but as I said before, I have a 3 year old! Relax?
I have been studying witchcraft most of my adult life. Like many of you, I was not happy with the norm and found a way that suited me. I am, what most would call a witch or a pagan, and usually when those names are used most people think I worship Satan, however, there is no devil in the craft. I have a great respect for nature and all She holds. I take only what I need from nature (first asking for permission) and never take what is not needed and never do I take it all. I always make sure to leave some for another and also leave some for Mother Nature. I also have a creed that I live by “Do what thou will as long as it harms none”.
As a witch I use many tools, one of those tools is the Tarot. With the Tarot I am able to see the past, past, present, and the future. I use the Tarot when I am feeling conflicted about something in my life. The Tarot helps me to focus, either on a specific problem or if I am just feeling conflicted in general. I use the Tarot to help me balance. I used the Tarot before I decided to become associated with this website. I needed to make sure it was good for me, but I also needed to know that if I did this it would be good for those around me as well. It is a great responsibility to take on the problems of someone else and see if you can help them focus and balance their own lives so this decision was not made lightly.
With the decision made I hope to help those that truly want it, and help put the balance back in your life.
